The "2014 Good Food and Wine Show Exclusive" was the last promotional offer we ran. As per the advertised Terms and Conditions the last date for valid purchases was: 8/06/2014 and the FINAL date for acceptance of entries was 12/06/2014, regretfully we are unable to accept claims beyond this date.
The progress of your claim can be checked by entering your Redemption registration number and email address in the relevant fields below. An allowance of up to 8 weeks from the closing date of the offer needs to be made before receiving your Promotional Bonus or Cashback. The last promotion closing date was: 12/06/2014. We do endeavour to work well within these guidelines, and the turnaround is often less than 6 weeks, but regretfully we cannot give every individual participant a specific date for delivery given the huge volume of entries received across multiple promotions at any given time.
