Kenwood Food Steamer(FS460)

Ingredients 4 small skinless chicken breast fillets |
Asian Steamed Chicken Method Insert drip tray and place Basket 1 onto base of your Kenwood Food Steamer (FS460). Put chicken breast fillets in basket. Pour 4 cups water into steamer tank. Combine hoisin sauce and brown sugar. Season with salt and pepper. Pour half of the sauce into a bowl and reserve. Brush remaining sauce over chicken. Pour rice into rice bowl and set in Basket 3. Add 1 cup of hot water and cover with lid. Using minus button, press until clock indicates 20 minutes. Start. Trim and wash baby bok choy. Drizzle with sesame oil. Place into Basket 2. After 20 minutes, remove Basket 3 and place Basket 2 on top of Basket 1. Replace Basket 3. Press 8 minutes cooking time. Spoon rice onto serving plates, slice chicken and arrange on rice. Drizzle with reserved sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve with baby bok choy. |
