Mixer and Food Processor Cashback

Until the 24th December 2007, Kenwood is offering a great promotion on selected products from our Food Processor and Kitchen Machine range. Any customer who purchases one of the selected products between 1st October and 24th December will receive a cashback of between $20 and $110 via redemption depending on which product was purchased. Claim forms must be filled out and sent in along with a copy of your purchase receipt and received before 5pm on January 18th 2008. Forms are available in store and also on the Kenwood website.

Feature Recipes

Exotic Fruit Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 ripe mango
  • 1/2 half papaya, peeled
  • 300ml natural yogurt
  • 30ml (2 tbsp) clear honey
  • 30ml (2 tbsp) lemon juice

Method:

  1. Remove the stone from the mango and seeds from the papaya. Place the fruits, yogurt, honey and lemon juice in the blender
  2. Blend at high speed until thick and smooth, pour into 2 tall glasses and serve immediatly.

Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 300ml milk
  • 6 pieces stem ginger in syrup
  • 30ml (2 tbsp) syrup from stem ginger
  • 4 small scoops (about 200g) vanilla ice cream

Method:

  1. Place the milk, stem ginger, syrup and ice cream into the blender
  2. Blend until smooth and serve

Pear and Pineapple Drop

Ingredients:

  • 2 pears
  • 2 slices fresh pineapple

Method:

  1. Cut the pears into quarters. Remove the skin from the pineapple and cut the slices in half
  2. Blend and serve
